In this role, I completed engineering tasks to ensure the continued structural integrity of the F-111 lower wing skins and to increase the combat capability of the F-111 Strike Program.

In this position I was responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate compilation and presentation of Boeing business metrics data to assist execution of the Defence's High Frequency Communication Modernisation Program. I provided project management support and integration planning activities. Manage a team of Project Managers and Coordinators to facilitate successful delivery of the Customer Experience Group capital portfolio.

Managed the accelerated delivery of a business change program aimed to introduce a 'best practice'​ innovation framework to build and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in the market. I worked as the project manager and built a highly effective relationship with the Innovation Manager and the external partner to quickly understand, tailor and re-communicate a new Virgin-specific methodology. This was delivered to the company’s senior leadership team including Chief Executives. I actively participate in supporting this program as one of Virgin's Innovation Champions.

Managed the successful delivery, go-live and transition to operations of Virgin’s Wireless In-Flight Entertainment system. The highly visible release to market across 90+ aircraft required a very disciplined and coordinated communication focus. Building and maintaining a productive partnership with the supplier was critical to the project's success.

In this role I was responsible for management of all aspects of the operation of the Program PMO. This involved defining, developing and governing the framework and execution of all the project management processes and disciplines employed for the program. The Program was a pivotal part of Virgin’s Game Change strategy and this highly accelerated transformation initiative re-engineered Virgin's end to end passenger processes, replaced most of the core systems, and retrained 4,000+ people to transform Virgin to a ticketed network carrier. I was part of the program management team that successfully planned and lead from initiation to system cutover and post implementation support.
