I am passionate about designing and engineering gym equipment and training environments that merge performance, functionality, and innovation, built to meet the demands of elite athletes while supporting long-term fitness and wellbeing. As a Product Design Engineer and founder of onPoint Performance, I specialise in gym equipment design, 3D gym design, and product innovation. I work with fitness brands, elite organisations, and private clients to design both products and training spaces that elevate performance, enhance user experience, and promote sustainable health and wellness. From individual equipment pieces to fully realised gym environments, my approach connects form, function, and human performance. With over 7 years of experience designing for elite sport and high-performance settings, my work blends robust engineering with user-centred design and spatial planning. Using detailed 3D visualisation, I create intuitive, efficient training environments that optimise flow, usability, and aesthetics, ensuring spaces perform as well as the equipment within them. Before founding onPoint Performance, I spent 7 years at ESP Fitness, progressing to Head of Engineering, where I led the design and development of custom gym equipment and training environments for world-class facilities including the UFC Performance Institute (Las Vegas), Liverpool FC, and Manchester City FC. I have designed bespoke equipment for athletes such as Lewis Hamilton, Mo Salah, Sir Chris Hoy, Rio Ferdinand, Kevin De Bruyne, Ant Middleton, Maro Itoje, and Katarina Johnson-Thompson, with each project pushing the boundaries of performance-driven design and craftsmanship. I hold a First-Class Honours Degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University and continue to apply that foundation to shape the future of strength, performance, and wellness-focused training environments. Alongside my design work, I play semi-professional rugby for Hinckley RFC, having previously represented England Counties U18 and U20 and Loughborough Students.
