Benoy Kurien has been the driving force behind Al Hamra’s successful expansion in recent years. As Group CEO at Al Hamra, the leading real estate developer, services provider and investor in the Northern Emirates, Benoy oversees the operations and assets of the US$1 billion-dollar group. Benoy started his career with Manar Mall in 1998 and successfully earned his stripes and climbing the career ladder to his current position. He has a wealth of experience working across a range of functions including strategy, lease management, accountancy, marketing and facilities management. As an inspirational leader, Benoy has been instrumental in shaping Al Hamra and it many entities and is equally comfortable motivating and encouraging staff as he is reading the critical financial information that levers the business. Originally from India, Benoy has a BA in Commerce, Economics, Taxation and Accounting from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore, India.
