Working as part of a small team to manage noam, a large and popular youth movement. This is a special, one (or two) year assignment. My role during the year in the office was to organise all events (summer camp, winter camp, leadership training courses, weekly community events), visit our members at universities and to convey my vision and that of my team onto the movement. We also worked with other community outreach organisations (e.g. inter-faith organisations, Citizens UK) in order to promote diversity in our community and share knowledge.
