I managed the government portal, online communication campaigns and various inter-ministerial projects which brought public communication into the era of free software (Agora CMS project based on Spip) and web marketing (Stat@gouv/ratings for public web projects and e-management of inter-ministerial banners).

At the Information Centre on Europe, I was responsible for creating a large generalist portal on European issues: www.touteleurope.eu. This portal sets about improving the European web, which up until then was underdeveloped, and forming a network of think tanks, foundations, online services and information relating to Europe. The portal is also the way to track online opinions and organise innovative public consultations on European challenges.
