Managed production operations for a site specializing in greaseproof paper manufacturing with 85 employees. • Led efforts to improve safety culture and operational performance. • Reduced secondary product rates from 8% to 4% and waste rates from 21% to 17%. • Achieved 200 consecutive days without workplace accidents.

Paper company resulting from the merger of the activities of Reno de Medici (it) and Cascades Europe (ca). The Blendecques site employs 200 people and produces 115,000 tons of WLC board, with sales of €60 million. Mission : - Development of industrial performance (Kaizen, lean..) - Development of managerial performance (introduction of annual performance reviews, involvement of managers in change management, fostering a results-oriented culture). - Management of all departments, preparation of operating and investment budgets. - In charge of relations with employee representatives. - Representing the company in dealings with the authorities.

I supervise all the plant's flows, from raw materials reception, stock preparation, board machines, finishing and shipping, a total of 190 people (including 3 managers and 20 supervisors). As a member of the management committee, my main activities concern : - Continuous improvement and cost reduction plan. - Productivity gains. - Implementation of continuous improvement : Kaizen, SMED, 5S, 5P, etc. - Team consolidation and skills development
