Benny Sham

Mr. Benny Sham joined P&T in 2005 and became a Group Director in 2021. During the year with P&T, Mr. Sham has involved a variety of project in different cities of China and Hong Kong, which include large scale commercial developments, super high-rise office building, luxury residential project, institution and hotel. Mr. Sham has extensive experience in project management, he has worked with different professional teams around the world. He believes that collaboration between consultants and conscientiously execute client’s requirements are the keys to the success of projects. The projects led by Mr. Sham have won multiple award in Hong Kong and aboard, which include American Institute of Architect (AIA) / American Library Association (ALA) - Library Building Awards, Design for Asia Award, Best Design from Greater China - Hong Kong Design Centre, Green Building Award - Certificate of Finalist and Quality Building Award - Merit Award
