Benny Ko, joined Mannings as Head of Branding, The Dairy Farm Group for Hong Kong and Macau in 2018. His responsibility included all customer touch points on the 5 key areas such as branding, digital, promotion, in-store communication, all individual own brands and stamp redemption program. Prior to joining Mannings, Benny was in advertising agency and his last role was one of the management board member in DDB Group (Hong Kong). He is an entrepreneurial-minded leader who is full of passion. He has more than 10 years of experience of management role in top tier advertising agencies ranging from 25 to 150 people. His experience is not limited the traditional agencies, he set up his own communication consultancy for 1 year. He is a solid brand builder and strategic partner. He believes that insight formulates creative solution, effectiveness will come as a result. This belief made him the regular EFFIE and Markies winners. He was the Chairman of EFFIE award for the year of 2015 and 2016 who was driving the incremental numbers of entries and embrace the standard of effective advertising within the industry. Beside advertising, he is one of the founder who runs his own retail business, a connoisseur bicycle life style concept store , Life Cycle (www.life-cycle.com.hk) which is focusing on high end custom bike and total consumer experience. He is energetic, passionate and accountable with proven track record in managing profitable business. He always demonstrate strong people and management skill in delivering organization transformation with proven results.
