• SPMB is the most successful executive search firm in California, and one of the top 3 in the U.S. • Leveraged LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Crunchbase, Owler and other informatory sources to identify suitable companies to recruit from and suitable candidates to recruit • Created a master company list that separated qualified companies based on type (Cyber Security, MarTech, CRM, etc) and size • Sat in on and wrote meeting minutes for weekly status calls for 5 open searches
