As part of the Diversified Industries Planning group, my team and I support Large Enterprise implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning. Together with the collaboration with our external partners and customers, we enable finance leaders to scale up their entire planning processes. This includes but not limited to Financial Planning, Capital Planning, Workforce Planning, and Scenario Analysis.

In March of 2020, I pivoted my career into Software Implementation and joined Syntellis Performance Solutions (formerly Kaufman Hall). As an Associate of the Shared Services group, my team members and I provide project management and support to our senior level consultants and industry leads. My expertise focuses on Healthcare Budgeting and Forecasting for healthcare systems both large and small. My day to day operations include effective project management, defining client specific ETL processes, and training and supporting our clients for successful user adoption.

In May of 2019, I joined Steward Health Care as an experienced Senior Financial Analyst. Here I was tasked to leverage my prior experience with corporate finance functions and help expand the corporate FP&A footprint within the organization. Together, my team and I were able support our hospital operation leaders while at the same time enhancing our financial processes to improve their decision making. My responsibilities at Steward include budgeting and operational reviews for our Central region facilities, improving reporting functions within the organization, and maintaining and enhancing their Axiom EPM System.

In June of 2017, I was promoted to a Senior Financial Analyst. With this new role, I have expanded the scope of my responsibilities to include projects that have a larger impact on my FMO team members and our IT Organization. My tasks include the budgeting and forecasting for our teams dedicated to Regulatory & Compliance and Corporate Financial Systems. Along with my financial duties, I am also responsible for implementing a new financial planning application, Apptio. This tool allows our IT Finance group better serve our evolving IT partners in their transition to an agile model.

As a member of the Financial Management Office, my team and I are responsible for supporting the Applied Clinical Informatics group. Together, the FMO and ACI work collaboratively to seek opportunities to invest in the improvement in quality of care in the Tenet Healthcare facilities while also providing clear and accurate financials. Specifically, my role within the Financial Management Office is serving as the financial liaison to our Clinical Transformation team. My responsibilities include but are not limited to Forecasting, Budgeting, Ad Hoc and Headcount Reporting.
