* Perform direct online and offline troubleshooting of tester handler-interface board (HIB) and connector- interface board (CIB) of any ATE machine like Eagle Tester, IFLEX, LTX Fusion, VLCT, IMPACT, HP94K and other old tester. * Led contractual engineer and a group of repair technicians to perform board repair. * Read schematics and maintenance manuals.

* Performs on-site troubleshooting and repair (board level and down to component level if possible) on: * o Yokogawa Handler LCD Monitor * o Yokogawa 5 Phase Motor Driver Board * o Multitest Handler Loader/Unloader Gripper Board * o Multitest Handler Tester- Interface Octal Board * Preparing repair service report and answer customers query via emails and phone calls if needed. * Responded to customer queries and follow up until completed.

* Perform troubleshooting and analyzing board failures by using Reverse Engineering Method that can provide a schematic diagram by tracing PCB board continuity and draw it and then perform troubleshooting. * In-depth knowledge on using In-Circuit PCB fault locator machine that test, analyze the board to repair. * Performs troubleshooting module boards, I/O Boards and analog/digital board that control servo motors, switches, pneumatic controls and valves. * Researching parts availability and cost.
