Hired by one of the top art shipping and storage firms in the world as a carpenter and grew into an Operations Manager by working to drive efficiency gains and operational excellence for the growing organization.

Hired to the coveted Clark Concrete team of Clark Construction Group out of architecture school. Assigned to one of the most high profile projects during 2008, the rebuilding of a new Walter Reed hospital for the US armed services and President of the United States. Responsible for driving the project's schedule through tireless efforts coming out of the ground to completing the underlying structure. Worked daily on a military base before being promoted and transferred to a civilian project.

Started a consulting practice to assist firms in developing the infrastructure needed to make a firm's most critical data-driven decisions, by deploying digital tools to measure, test, and iterate on the a firm's most critical ideas.

Pursued a technical, quantitative business masters degree at a state university to gain the hard skills of statistics, financial modeling, data-mining, accounting, and operations research at an affordable rate. Simultaneously studied the technology environment and participated in the Strata Conference in Santa Clara, CA. The skills I gained at CUNY, supplemented my prior project-based management work experience and design, marketing, and communication skills.

Camp Kingswood is a dynamic overnight/sleepaway camp that has provided life changing summer experiences for almost 100 years. Located on Woods Pond in southern Maine, boys and girls entering grades 3-11 enjoy unforgettable, fun summer experiences filled with sports, outdoor/adventure, water sports, visual arts, performing arts and special events and programs. Lead and managed athletic programs for four summers during college. Oversaw a staff of ten.

During a year off before college, I was hired by the owner of a local construction company for a year long mentorship program. Throughout the year I worked as a carpenter and field engineer, primarily building two high-end residential projects.
