I was Co-Founder and CTO of CloudComply, where I: • Achieved funding and mentorship from the highly competitive Entrepreneur First program (more competitive than getting into Harvard). • Developed a software platform for companies seeking ISO 9001 audit, including a complex rules engine and highly secure cloud deployment.

EF have built over 300 companies from scratch; have over 2500 alumni worldwide; and their portfolio is valued at over $4bn. EF companies include Tractable (Computer Vision, currently valued at $1bn as of June 2021), Magic Pony Technology (AI, acquired by Twitter for a reported $150m), Represent (social commerce, acquired by CustomInk), BloomsburyAI (acquired by Facebook), Cleo (fintech), OpenCosmos (space), CloudNC (manufacturing), Transcelestial (satellite communications) and many more.

TAINA provides a platform for FATCA and CRS tax compliance which uses advanced OCR capabilities and a leading rules engine. I worked on creating solutions for top tier organisations which dramatically increase the efficiency of operational teams and help them to provide an incredible experience for their customers.

Responsible for management of an international technical team and hands-on software engineering, with a focus on backend. In June 2016 (and while still at university), I developed a platform for collaborative marketing among SMEs. It received accelerator support from Oxford University Innovation and attracted hundreds of users. In June/July 2017, I developed a web application for an exciting Oxford recruitment startup. This included an original algorithm for matching students with potential employers, enabling the company to display their own intellectual property at an early MVP stage.

I was a co-founder in a society where we were able to on-board hundreds of members in a couple of days, arrange sold-out events for 100-200 people, and attract a number of internationally renowned speakers, including the late Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O’Connor and Terry Eagleton.

Red Planet is a leading London marketing company. A summer position provided me with extensive training and hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition, surprising my supervisor by making my first sale on my first day.

My degree was a combination of sociology, systematic theology and philosophy. My main academic interests included the phenomenon of Islam in the modern world and hermeneutics. I was awarded a First Class in both Preliminary and Final exams - coming close to top of my year in both occasions - and was awarded an academic scholarship.

During my time at Highgate, I received: Foundation Scholarship; GCSEs: 10 A*; AS Levels: 5 A; A2 Levels: 3 A*.
