In my position with Aquila Ventures, I did the following: -Analyzed finances of clients and subsidiaries and provided advice to optimize their accounting and financial reporting practices. -Explored foreign business structures and the corresponding legal implications to ensure business owners and operators would experience long-term profitability and growth. -Composed and reviewed acquisition and operating agreements between Aquila and new subsidiaries with a focus on producing mutual sustainability and impact. -Collaborated on designing custom training materials on topics such as accounting, compliance, and security to help Aquila's partners around the world find success.

In my role as a legal intern at ILS, I: -Conducted client intakes during Monroe County eviction proceedings. -Collaborated with staff attorneys to draft a wide array of pleadings and motions across a broad range of civil practice areas. -Carried out research assignments to ensure that both attorneys and clients were informed as to the most recent legal developments and the courses of action available to them. -Corresponded with clients and coworkers alike to ensure that clients were legally and logistically supported during every phase of their case.

As an employee at Crew Carwash, I was responsible for: • Ensuring that customers receive the best service available in the carwash industry, and that every customer leaves feeling satisfied with a clean vehicle, causing our store to regular meet and exceed %100 of sales goals. • Engaging in relationship building with customers so that they know they will receive world class service every time they visit, helping Crew Carwash be Glassdoor's #2 best place to work in the medium size company category. • Collaborating with management and team members to document and record dozens of maintenance tasks, ensuring the location stays tidy and functional. • Formulating upselling strategies to help customers find carwash options that can save them tens or hundreds of dollars.
