Director of Wine | Grace La Margna & Kempinski St. Moritz Responsible for the overall wine strategy across seven restaurants, from selection and strategic purchasing through to operational sales to guests. Leading and developing the sommelier team, as well as establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships and supplier relationships. A particular focus is placed on practical staff training and the continuous improvement of quality, knowledge and turnover in all aspects of wine.
