The facility is started from green field with run-off on Aug 2012, the annual business revenue is nearly $120 million Overall facility management and P&L responsibility, and the direct report includes Project Program, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance & EHS and Lean deployment , with dedicated support from Finance, GSND The key responsibility includes the key operations metrics of People/EHS, Quality, Velocity and Cost, and the operation excellence through lean deployment, as well the on-going global manufacturing footprint strategy execution through close collaboration with global product line and other key stakeholders in a high matrix organization.

A 50-50 JV between Eaton and Daqo group, which was set up in 1996 and specialized in MV switchgear manufacturing and sales, with total employee > 350 and sales revenues of USD 46 million in 2010. The key manufacturing process includes: Electrical cable wiring, sheet-metal processing, the assembly of sheet metal and machined parts, and the final testing. Overall operation management and P&L responsibility ,and the direct reports includes those managers in Project Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality, Sourcing, and the Finance Controller; As delegated representative from Eaton, oversees all the JV’s operation activities along the customer demand fulfillment process, to meet the top-lines by board of directors and the Eaton compliance/ethics criteria etc.

Eaton Changzhou is the MV components and switchgear manufacturing center for the Asia-pacific region, the main products are MV & LV switchgear, Xiria RMU and VCB breakers, the vertical manufacturing process includes: in-house epoxy molding, electrical cable wiring, machining, sheet-metal processing, and the final assembly and testing Be responsible for the operation process along the customer demand fulfillment process, to drive for customer satisfaction in term of on-time delivery, high-quality, and continuous cost-out. The direct reports includes the managers for Planning, Production managers( 5 workshop), Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Lean & 6 sigma and the dedicated Cost-out team.,

Eaton Suzhou is the LM components and Vacuum Interrupter manufacturing center for the Asia-pacific region. The main products includes Hein. Hydraulic breakers, Vacuum Interrupters, VCB breakers, Xiria Ring-Main-Unit , and UPS-9390 ect., the key manufacturing process includes: Sheet metal/machined/plastic parts assembly & testing, in-house components surface treatment plus vacuum brazing. The operations includes 2 separate factories( about 3Km distance), with total employees over 350 and annual sales USD$ 45 million in 2006. Be responsible for the operation process along customer demand fulfillment process, to drive for customer satisfaction in term of on-time delivery, high-quality, and continuous cost-out. The direct reports includes 3 supervisors of 3 workshop, supervisor of Facility & Equipment, supervisor of Manufacturing Engineering , and Supply Chain manager;

Suzhou operation has around 450 employee specialized in the motors manufacturing for the power tools products, the key manufacturing process includes: in-house molding and epoxy, assembly & testing.
