Leading the vision, product development, and growth strategy for an AI-powered life design platform that helps people align their time with their values, goals, and energy. I oversee everything from product roadmapping and user research to fundraising, partnerships, and team building. Balance goes beyond traditional scheduling tools, combining intelligent planning, deep reflective modules, and adaptive AI guidance to help users live intentionally and sustainably. Currently preparing for our MVP launch in early 2026, with a focus on early adopters in coaching, therapy, and intentional living communities.

• Build international translation teams to revise AI translations and maintain meaning, tone, and quality • Conduct research on current AI trends and identify pivotal players in industry-specific AI applications • Shape operational design, aligning marketing and product development to balance immediate and long-term solutions • Align AI advancements with business goals and drive sustainable growth

• Taught 4th & 5th grade science, writing, and reading at a bi-lingual Spanish / English school • Planned and implemented project-based lessons to engage students • Designed classroom procedures to establish a healthy learning environment and support other new teachers with planning, coverage, and coordination • Developed meaningful relationships with students and parents to keep families engaged

• Pioneered a dynamic celebration to bridge communities, spotlighting the refugee experience, climate impact, and food deserts in Indianapolis • Connected an ecosystem of people and organizations - 80+ volunteers, 26 non-profits, 8 schools, 10 sponsors, 10 food establishments, 20 artists, and 5 bands • Recruited and led a team to produce, promote, and manage arts festivals in 2017 and 2018 • Produced documentary shorts to promote mission and support partnering organizations • Designed a "public policy dinner" in partnership with local businesses to explain ideas in the For the People Act of 2019 and gather feedback for Indiana Congressional Representatives • Organized issue-based forums and lobbying sessions to build relationships with lawmakers and raise community voices on proposed legislation • Built community garden beds, and donated food and plant starters during the pandemic • Provided volunteer support for Earth Charter and the Indianapolis Office of Sustainability to maintain Indianapolis school gardens for the Thriving Schools Initiative • Managed small compost program for funding and healthy soil

• Demonstrate value in ADT home security and automation systems for vulnerable individuals and families to make sure bad things don't happen to good people

• Led 12 lobby meetings and helped facilitate 3 national conferences to address issues related to climate, health care, and immigration • Published 6 LTEs in Indiana newspapers to highlight important issues and encourage readers to contact their representatives • Motivated Indiana 5th District Representative Susan Brooks to co-sponsor the re-authorization of the US Department of Energy’s ARPA-E

• Planned and led discussion meetings and educational field trips annually to create group cohesion and support youth development

• Wrote articles for learning center and solved thousands of client issues regarding the PolicyStat system promptly with consideration, patience and humor • Regularly championed our UserVoice application to gather support for good ideas and improve design • Independently created a program called “Stat Chats,” providing employees with a platform to share expertise and interests through TED style talks

• Wrote, directed, and co-produced a 20-song music and multimedia project entitled "Something Stories" at somethingstories.com • Coordinated the contributions of 25+ artists from Indianapolis to Nashville to New York to create a cohesive, dynamic online experience

• Wrote articles about local business, profit and non-profit, immigration, food, and county fair traditions • Conducted interviews with strangers to learn about their perspectives and delivered interesting and relevant stories
