Key accomplishments: ·Migrated from previous LMR and rolling out of the new Learning Pool LMS within APAC for 42000 people from restaurant staff to senior executives. ·Implemented 4 key learning programs (competency-based, leadership and cultural) in the past 2 years – running TTT workshops. ·Improved competency certification in restaurant level staff by 20% to hit 100% certification.

Manages compliance e-learning for Singapore Airlines and its staff of 25,000. Working closely with stakeholders, Business Units and Vendors to update, upload and launch Compliance course content. Compliance courses include but not limited to Internet Security, Fraud Awareness, Risk Management, and Anti-Corruption. Troubleshoot any compliance course completion status on a daily basis. Manages SIA’s Saba Learning Management System (LMS) for ground staff to ensure that all staff meets compliance regulatory guideline.

The company devises content and digital marketing strategy to help SMEs to grow their presence, generate leads and enhance conversion. I did content creation in my for social media platform management.
