My achievements at Teearfund: - Prepared compelling project impact stories. - Supported Project management and M&E team - Monitored the beneficiary accountability for the project - Training Commercial village trade facilitators on Market Information System(Esoko platform) usage. - Prepared & implemented some planned project's events. - Supported Monitoring & Evaluation team in preparing and implementing data validation sessions. - Provided valuable analytical support to program evaluations and research studies related to "Economic outcomes of spiritual capital in Church-led community Transformatio (CCT) approach to poverty alleviation and development".

Feed the Future Rwanda Hanga Akazi (HA) was a project with the purpose of addressing the problem of insufficient employment opportunities and limited entrepreneurial success for Rwandans which negatively impacts Rwandan economy and the country's development goals. My key roles in contributing to shaping the project's direction were these: - Developed, revised, and provided feedback on the project's workplan, reports, and activities. - Worked with council members to set priorities and goals - Ensured the council fulfills its advisory purpose - Engaged in quarterly pause and reflection sessions of the project - Attended HAC Meetings. _ Represented youth beneficiaries & their voice into every stage of the project cycle - Supported in the coordination of Some Prepared project's events

Spearheaded the development and management of an agribusiness incubation program that successfully nurtured 15+ agribusiness startups from ideation to market entry. Led mentoring sessions focusing on business skills including but not limited to business model development.

Agriresearch organization is a youth-led organization that provide market-oriented agricultural research and extension services. During my tenure at AGRIRESEARCH UNGUKA Ltd as an Internet of Things (IoT) specialist, I spearheaded innovative IoT project coordination, with a primary focus on developing smart irrigation technology. I actively contributed to the design and implementation of model samples, demonstrating technical expertise in agricultural technology solutions.

Kabuye sugar work factory is the only sugar making factory in Rwanda and one of the most leading ones in East Africa. My responsibilities in the company were these: -Managed comprehensive input supply program for sugar cane farmers, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of essential agricultural resources -Coordinated the allocation of critical farming inputs, including high-quality cuttings, fertilizers, and chemicals -Developed and maintained strong relationships with local sugar cane farmers, providing technical guidance and support to optimize sugar cane productivity -Conducted regular field assessments to determine farmers' input requirements and track inventory levels -Monitored input usage and effectiveness, providing feedback to agricultural management for continuous improvement of farming support programs

Collected data about active members of RPF from four sectors, compiled a book of 6487 people with their addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers, processed a range of documentation and entered information into data base.
