My focus is on ensuring our offices, systems, and services support the business effectively and create a positive experience for our employees.I bring hands‑on experience in regional IT operations, cybersecurity, project and vendor management, as well as facilities and office management. I work closely with business leaders and local teams to translate business needs into practical solutions, balancing efficiency, risk, cost, and compliance.Beyond core operations, I am actively involved in employee wellbeing initiatives, office events, and workplace improvements that strengthen engagement and culture. I believe a well‑designed office and a thoughtful employee experience are just as important as stable systems.I am also exploring and applying AI and automation to improve service delivery, streamline processes, and support smarter ways of working. With a practical and collaborative approach, I focus on continuous improvement and delivering solutions that help the business grow across Asia.
