Responsible for the northern part of Haiti (6 regions), with over 300 sites, handled all telecom activities and reporting (KPI, Performance etc). Below are some responsibilities Acted as second line support for field teams In-service inventory for all nodes: Nera, DXX, TN, Emerson and RBS. This data was 100% accurate and updated daily. This was given to the O+M Manager and management every week. Spare parts inventory and distribution for all the above mentioned nodes. Responsible for making sure that all the regions have the required spares based on their in-service inventory and the frequency of failures. Telecom TTs were resolved according to the SLA. Ensured that all service affecting TT were resolved within a maximum of 4 hours and all non-service affecting faults were resolved within a maximum of 24 hours. And all spare related faults where there was unavailability ensured that the TT were assigned to spare and the part request (with reference number) is sent to Digicel within shortest possible timeframe. Preventative maintenance activities. Responsible for planning the bi-monthly schedule for telecom preventative maintenance and ensuring that the preventative maintenance is being carried out effectively and according to the schedule. During PM ensured that all BTS internal and external alarms were fixed and followed-up to ensure that all transmission links are according to the link budget. Daily reporting for telecom activities. Ensured that O&M manager had daily report by 9:00am. This report provided details of all corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance and any other request. This data was used for the weekly internal report and meeting as well as monthly report and meeting to Digicel. Manage all planned activities. Raised all planned works via Remedy and updated after completion of work. Feedback from the field technicians were uploaded into remedy and also to Digicel after the activity has been completed.
