I have extensive expertise in the technical management of complex programs in nearly all phases of the acquisition process. I have led the development of test strategies and risk mitigation for emerging programs, in addition to having directed the test planning and execution of prominent weapon systems. I have managed multiple launch and flight projects for NASA and DoD missions. As a lead engineer in systems development, testing and evaluation, I have collaborated with multiple defense contractors, national laboratories, major range and test facility bases (MRTFB), and multiple federal branches. I have engineered unique solutions and novel approaches to test and launch problems and programmatic risks, enabling programs to maintain cost, schedule and performance. I have chaired numerous Integrated Test Teams (ITT) and Risk Management Boards (RMB), and continuously serve as an expert authority in the establishment of operational modes and procedures for major space flight programs and projects.. Airframe design team lead in charge of designing overall architecture for Project Nova, which included developing a design that would meet competition (NASA University Student Launch Initiative) specifications while delivering all payloads to a target altitude and returning the rocket and payloads safely to the ground. Additionally, I designed payload housings that would integrated into the main body of the vehicle, as well as developing experimentation setups. The experiment for this vehicle was an atmospheric measurement system (AMS) that would record internal and external temperatures (via thermocouples) and recording pressure differentials between the internal frame and ambient. This data was then transmitted to a ground terminal where it was recorded and displayed.
