As an IT Manager at First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH), I lead a team of IT professionals in providing efficient and reliable IT services and solutions to the academic community. I have over 15 years of experience in the IT field, with credentials such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), and National Certificate II in Computer Systems Servicing (NC II). My core competencies include cloud technologies, network management, project management, and system deployment. I have successfully implemented and managed various IT projects, such as migrating to Microsoft Azure, upgrading the campus network infrastructure, and deploying online learning platforms. I am passionate about leveraging IT to enhance teaching and learning, and to support the mission and vision of FAITH.
