In charge of all surface projects and engineering for the subsidiary: Led a team of 5 Project Managers, 25 engineers, administrative staff, and onsite construction teams. Prepared and implemented the Field Development Plan, validated by PEMEX and the E&P National Hydrocarbons Commission, covering over 30 projects (power plants, electrical networks, pipelines, process facilities, well-pads, gas/water injection systems, and civil works) with a total CAPEX exceeding USD 400M.

First Latin American underground LPG storage: 1500m deep salt cavern; 2 000 000 bbl storage capacity; maximum flow > 100 000bbl/d. June 2021: ISO 9001 certified August 2022: achievement of 5 years without a Lost Time Injury. Involved in EPC final phase: completion of construction, start-up and first gas. In charge of operational Readiness, Start-up and safe operations: - Successful hiring of 50 employees on various teams including operations, HSE, maintenance, and administration - Implementation of HSE, administrative, maintenance and standard operating procedures & Guidelines, - Services contracts & suppliers - Operation and Maintenance contract management within budget and schedule - Relations with PEMEX and Governmental Authorities: CRE, ASEA, STPS, SAT....

In charge of Work Over’s and Drilling completion engineering Supervisor: offshore Work Over’s – ESP & PCP wells with high H2S content Work Over superintendent (Boots & Coots unit): milling, cementing, casing patch and completion. Company Man for fishing operations: old ESP and tubing fishing. Design and procurement for offshore ESP´s new completions. In charge of engineering for corroded Conductor Pipes repair (30 wells)

Preparation of completion programs, equipments and coordination with Services companies: Offshore ESP’s activated oil producers Onshore: Ultra short radius wells producer´s and Work Over completions and injector´s drilling campaign. Supervision of completion operations (ESP’s installation) New oil wells completion: program, operation preparation and coordination for 3 onshore & 2 offshore drilling RIG's.

Project Manager: New 28km - 10’’ onshore gas pipeline : in charge of pipe laying, modification of 2 existing gas station, commissioning and start-up. Focus point in Gabon for Headquarters’ project department: In charge of construction, HSE, engineering, contracts, supervision and logistic. New sour oil&gas process facilities New heavy oil treatment facilities Pipe laying campaign (>150km both onshore and offshore). Revamping of a gas compression unit; process modifications on various offshore platforms.

Based in Paris followed by expatriation in DRCongo. Brownfield offshore: 70 000bwpd injection project (US$18MM). Responsible for studies, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up. New onshore water well. Laying of 4km - 8'' onshore to offshore pipeline. Installation of 2x1MW injection pump. Onshore 5MW Solar turbine for electrical generation : construction, commissioning and start-up.

Rotation in Egypt: Nospco (JV Egyptian Gas - Perenco). Client Representative for a 22’’ offshore gas pipeline repair. In charge of engineering and supervision of diving operations.

Paris based and rotation in DRC: Design, procurement, installation, commissioning and start-up of a new onshore gas scrubber and Wellhead Oil&Gas separator: design, procurement, installation, commissioning and start-up Paris: studies for a new oil and gas production plant in Cameroon. Paris and Gabon: revamping of an old onshore oil&gas production plant.

Apprenticeship program in partnership with IFP School R & D department: development of new subsea technologies for Oil & Gas production, treatment and export - subsea separator, Pipe In Pipe, slug catcher and flow assurance.

Maxigas Natural - now Engie Mexico Internship: Setting of a method in order to evaluate the uncertainty on gas volume sold to industrial clients. Realization of a benchmark for orifice flowmeters.

Internship: Redaction of technological watch report on Solid Oxide Fuel Cells.
