Sponsored Alpha is a holding company for family business interests. We handle select advisory engagements via Sponsored Alpha, in addition to principal-side platform creation and investment activities (the advisory segment is dormant for now, while we focus on growing multiple platforms).

I selectively assist fellow entrepreneurs with capital raises and helping them sell their businesses. We formed Sponsored Alpha AMH to buy majority ownership and complete a turnaround of Allegiance Mobile Health, Texas’ largest mobile health platform. We provide 20,000+ square miles of 911 coverage to fellow Texans.

MAP aligns with pulp & paper mills, providing Recovery Optimization services and maximizing Co-Product opportunities in pine chemicals (biomaterials in high demand globally).

AMS (advancedmills.com) develops biomaterials and provides process consulting to paper & pulp mills and companies that use their co-products. The AMS team averages 35+ years of experience and is dedicated to conducting operations with integrity and with respect for suppliers, clients, and the Golden Rule.

Midnight (midnightvp.com) invests in better-for-you/consumer wellness brands that need both functional expertise and capital to scale.

Our family partnership invested in Allegiance. I initially assisted the CEO with select strategic initiatives, then joined another family office and him in acquiring super-majority of the platform.

Halide acquired an industrial chlorides business in 2019. Halide supplies specialty chemical solutions to large industrial customers.

For 22+ years, SFTH has provided bulk chemical terminal services to operators in the Gulf of Mexico in partnership with the Chouest family of Edison Chouest Offshore.
