My primary responsibility is to ensure they are conducting the class safely, but to also ensure they are acquiring the right intensity and having fun in their session. I also have recently been managing the social media of CrossFit Bare managing the communications between the internal and external publics of the business; maintaining open channels and cultivating a strong sense of community for the members.
