Before joining RGH Global, I was International Business Development Director at Smart Parking, where I led expansion into new markets, secured multi-million-dollar contracts, and executed strategic M&A initiatives that boosted profitability while improving customer outcomes. I’ve partnered with global brands including Telstra and Google, managed complex P&L across multiple business units, and delivered major infrastructure projects from concept to completion. I’m a firm believer that sustainable business growth comes from strong leadership and engaged teams. Oversee 6 direct reports to develop, distribute, and maintain advanced cloud-based parking management and guidance technologies. Coordinate and support sales cycles with channel partners, including Telstra and Google. Manage the P&L for two business units and teams across Australia to drive business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while achieving and surpassing sales targets. Establish health and safety objectives to ensure a safe and secure work environment, advocating all regulatory compliance processes. Oversee contract negotiations and regulatory frameworks. Lead a crisis management plan in response to Qld Govt legislative changes, utilising a two-tiered approach through public campaigns and direct government advocacy.

Specialist Product Manager

Directed product management for all valet and vehicle inspection systems at a national level. Managed global accounts for a specialist technology solution in the rental car industry. Oversaw the financial performance of the national airport portfolio with P&L initiatives. Coordinated the management of critical accounts and sites through strong negotiation and influencing. Evaluated new product offerings from key suppliers alongside local market opportunities. Launched a new product range in 2014, generating a sales pipeline of $3M. Achieved $1M in sales for valet systems within the first 6 months of 2014.

Led the contract negotiation process for all Key Accounts in the Southern Region. Managed a 12-member service and project team across all southern states with an overall project revenue of $12M per annum. Coordinated the costing and execution of all Comprehensive Maintenance Agreements across the territory to ensure successful outcomes. Communicated costings to key client stakeholders, including the executive management team. Coordinated quotes for Melbourne airport, delivering annual quotations of $2-3M while maintaining strong client relationships. Managed and maintained a key account portfolio for Melbourne airport worth $4M. Delivered robust service level agreements, overseeing an average annual expenditure of $1 million. Oversaw a $3 million upgrade project for Melbourne airport, resulting in a 5% increase in project margin, including a $300k increase in the scope of work.

National Customer Relationship Manager

National Operations Manager

Managed day-to-day service and project delivery, ensuring effective operations. Optimised the services of the National Call Centre and achieved client installation and servicing requirements. Achieved a 98% compliance rate to agreed service timeframes.

Customer Relationship Manager
Effective Management of key customers and customer service standards. Key achievements and experience: Minimising customer churn and assisting with reducing high staff turnover. Creating, managing and presenting monthly client service reports. Promptly addressing arising customer concerns/issues. Result: Achieved high revenue targets selling $1.25M in products (despite the sales function of the role being secondary) through selling/cross-selling of new and existing products and service to current clients; Halted customer churn by implementing monthly meetings with key accounts to encourage two-way communications and the prompt handling of arising concerns. Driving revenue streams with existing customer base as BP NZ required additional functionality on the equipment located in second tier stores after purchasing a scaled down version of the equipment provided to tier one stores. Result: Reviewed processes and agreed to standardise across the network without spending NZ$18K per store. Designing and selling a value add "slave" safe that purely dispensed rolled coin as the Tier 1 stores had the ability to dispense coin as well as accept notes whereas the Tier 2 stores could only accept notes. Adding the 'slave unit' was purely for the dispensing of coin that could be controlled by the originally installed units (the master) while using the same operating system and providing the same functionality as those units installed in the tier one stores. Result: Secured order for NZ$600,000.00 in upgrade work despite no budget previously being available for such an undertaking.

Country Manager New Zealand

Australia's largest provider and specialist in safes, vaults, cash management systems, lock smithing and architectural hardware solutions. The Security Products division provides custom-made and out-of-the-box solutions predominantly to retail outlets dealing with large amounts of cash. New Zealand had approximately 200 machines installed but no local support or business development. New Zealand Sales and service Management. Key achievements and experience: As the New Zealand Manager for API Security establishing a presence within the New Zealand marketplace, driving revenue growth via new business opportunities. Identifying and capitalising on sales leads within the retail sector to underpin the continued growth of revenue and staffing numbers. Liaising with clients, quoting on supply of goods and maintenance agreements. Project managing equipment installations and commissioning. Determining and supplying capital expenditure requirements and monthly P&L reports to company directors. Result: Set up the company's New Zealand operation and selected/established premises; Doubled company revenues and increased New Zealand operations staff to 3 inside 6 months; Set up a national contractor network and 24/7 technical support team to support the customer base. Reviewing current revenue streams and looking at ways to increase bottom line by securing more direct service work for existing units in the field. Previously contractors were doing this work and invoicing client direct with API Australia having no visibility on true cost of ownership or technical issues. Approaching BP NZ with a proposal to manage all service work on equipment sold by API. Result: Awarded national BP service work that required contractors with API managing, reviewing and providing BP a consolidated monthly spreadsheet detailing costs, issues in the field and any other relevant information including training requirements.
