Dal-Tile is the nation’s largest ceramic tile manufacturer with over 10,000 associates, located across the US, Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico. The Quarry Tile division is a top tier producer of commercial grade quarry tile with sales across the US, Europe, and Asia. In this role I directed multi-state Human Resources and Safety Programs for the Quarry Tile division manufacturing facilities located in Kentucky and Alabama. My primary focuses were on strategic initiatives, OSHA incident reduction, ISO compliance, change management, and organizational development.

Genscape is the leader in global energy market information. I oversee the Human Resources function including offices in Louisville, Boston, and the Netherlands. Genscape maintains a very exciting atmosphere including catered lunches, employee outings, and monthly games at Louisville's waterfront.

RadioShack is a chain of wireless and electronics stores operating both domestically and internationally. Responsible to district-wide Human Resources program throughout Indiana, eastern Illinois, and western Ohio covering 57 locations and over 300 employees.

Tulip Richardson Manufacturing (TRM) has three distinct ISO 9001:2015 certified operating divisions: Plastic Injection Molding (Milwaukee, Niagara Falls, Columbus, IN and Philadelphia, MS), Engineered Resin (Niagara Falls), and Lead Products (Milwaukee). TRM's molding division provides our customer’s with custom products for their plastic injection molding needs. Additionally, Tulip owns over 300 proprietary molds that provide high quality injection molding products to numerous customers. TRM utilizes injection molding presses from 40 tons up to 1100 tons. TRM develops and manufactures a variety of engineered resins formulation for sale and for internal consumption. The Lead Products division specializes in battery terminals for automotive, commercial, and industrial applications, as well as cold form applications for non-battery related lead products.

Meggitt Control Systems provides extreme environment thermal management solutions for commercial and military aircraft and aero-engines. As an established leader in tubular and plate-and-fin heat exchangers, Meggitt solutions are in aluminum, stainless steel and mnemonic materials. I oversee the HR and OD inititives for the MCS Troy Manufacturing and Indianapolis Design Engineering facilities.
