My job as a multi trade builder was mainly focused on carpentry roles throughout my 2 year stint. Specialising in loft conversions, extensions etc...

My role as a youth development coach for Croydon FC, is to introduce kids as young as year 1's - year 2's into a football team environment, to give them the opportunity to develop their skills and understanding of the game. By separating them into different ages and abilities, it gives me a great opportunity to see each player improve and progress to a higher ability group and eventually become a member of a youth team.

Coaching several sports is a big passion of mine, i have several qualifications in coaching from the FA to being first aid trained and qualifications to teach PE in schools. I enjoy delivering first rate session and seeing peoples ability develop throughout the programs being set for months to come.

This experience was valuable to me as it gave me a great understanding of handling diverse individuals with different abilities in sports. Teaching various ages of infants to juniors helped develop the difficulty level of session that was to be delivered. I taught several teams and managed games through a team environment.

I worked as a toolmaker for a brief time gaining some valuable expierience, i learnt how to work well in a team in pressure situations to sharp deadlines, which taught me how to deal with intense meetings and be composed.
