I was Zahid Hussain's research assistant. He is Pakistan's corespondent to the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Hussain was a visiting Scholar at the center. I performed independent research related to U.S - Pakistan relations, the Haqqani network, the Taliban and U.S national security strategy. I helped conduct research that will be used in his new book. I followed the news carefully to make articles related to U.S- Pakistan relations were analyzed, summarized and sent to Mr. Hussain.

I worked on research based projects related to the deficit reduction campaign BIPAC was advocating for. I helped organize state partner websites and edit online member sites as needed. I attended weekly meetings with staff to report my productivity. I helped in background research necessary for grassroots strategy and issue advocacy approaches to policy-making. I occasionally attended capitol hill hearings to take notes on different economic issues related to the deficit.

* Book client reservations, execute transactions and sell insurance products * Daily written and verbal client communication with clients. * Provide superior client service to retain client business, make up-sells and expand business presence. * Participate in sales and marketing events with local dealerships, insurance companies and industry majors.

I worked in the docketing department. I helped organize the file room, maintained legal records, performed data entry in excel and used a file management system to help distribute pertinent cases to lawyers as it was needed. I also organized and shipped expired cases off-site.

* Maintained CRM based data set and BD relationship management platform for clients in institutional research, sales and trading as well as corporate investor relations. * Maintained content on multi-billion dollar hedge fund accounts including Millennium Management, LLC, Point72 Asset Management and Citadel Advisors,LLC providing market intelligence to clients at the worlds top banks, including bulge bracket and boutique providers. * Top performer across all metrics while also going above and beyond to assist client workflows * Acted as a liaison between clients and their respective account managers to provide superior client service. * Worked with, mentored and trained new colleagues in South Africa as well as India to help out team and department goals. * Tracked industry publications, SEC filings and other sources to provide clients with timely market information ahead of time.

* Research issues pertinent to United States foreign policy, more specifically the U.S relationship with the Arab world following the Arab spring * Produce policy briefs related to foreign policy issues * Assist think tank staff with administrative tasks * Assist think tank staff in production of the Secure Freedom Radio Show * Monitor and track media and assemble press clip reports related to the center
