Co-founded multidisciplinary engineering project team currently developing an upper-body exoskeleton for use in a factory setting. Currently one of the largest student groups at the University of Alberta, UAB boasts nearly 100 members from all areas of engineering, science, business, and medicine.

Developed adaptable transhumeral prosthetic socket which primarily employs additive manufacturing techniques - Collaborated with prosthetists, researchers, and graduate students to optimize design for cost-effectiveness, user comfort, and prosthesis compatibility - Socket will be used by the BLINC Lab for investigating the clinical translation of performance on myoelectric training tools to improved prosthesis functionality by users

* Research focused on optimizing additive manufacturing parameters for developing lightweight, airtight prosthetic sockets. * Developed apparatus and protocol for qualitatively analyzing resultant prints for given 3D printing parameters * Collaborated with graduate researchers to gain insights and knowledge into prosthesis development process, allowing for refinement of experimental methods * Developed report conveying results and impact of study, including suggestions for optimizing 3D printing methods for socket manufacturing.

Executed several components of lab protocol including immuno-histochemistry and fluorescent microscopy in cooperation with post-graduate researchers.

Developing modular transradial prosthetic socket for use in evaluation of closed-loop control strategies evaluation

Collaboration between the Bionic Limbs for Improved Natural Control (BLINC) Lab, Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii), German Aerospace Centre (DLR), and University of Aalborg. Integrating closed-loop control and feedback systems into modular platform for assessing prosthetic control.
