As President and CEO of Encore, I lead a global team that produces 400k+ events each year creating authentic, high-impact moments that build community. We are driven by the people we serve, the people we partner with and the people who make up our team. This focus has fueled Encore’s growth into a full-service event production company, leading with our customer-first approach, technical expertise and hospitality mindset. Together we create and deliver moments that matter to 25+ million people every year across 23 countries and ~2,200 venues.I am motivated by delivering for customers, building high performance teams and proud that our approach has earned Encore being named to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. My background across finance, strategy, and operations helps inform a balanced perspective on innovation and growth. I also serve on the boards of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and Wake Forest University's Deacon Club.
