Ben Dreyer

I have been with Boden for over 25 years, starting soon after the company was founded as the Operations Director. The people I work with, the success that we have had and our aim to do the right thing for people and the planet is why I have stayed for all these years. Over the years I have been involved in several areas and have got to know the business inside out, overseeing departments such as Operations, IT, Digital, Trade and Strategy before stepping up to be the CEO. I am proud of what we have all achieved together both in terms of building Boden as a great Brand and also how we have managed this with Sustainability at our core. Outside work I am a doting dad (to my children’s embarrassment), I help run a couple of charities, one our local Literary Festival and the other a sports charity. I also am involved with The Wine Society as a Committee member.
