The complexity is real. What makes it work are the leaders who know what they are doing, know why it matters, and are focused on growing the next generation.The lessons I've received from great leaders throughout my career are not something I hold onto. They are something I look to pass forward. Developing the people around me, giving them real responsibility, real feedback, and a real path, this is the work.
