Provide members and visitors with a high level of front-line customer service Sell memberships, process program and service registrations, and handle other fee payments as required Promote programs and/or services not included in general membership (i.e., personal training, towel service, etc.) Provide tours for prospective clients Enforce policies established by Recreation Services and ensure a pleasant experience for all clients

* Indoor Cycling and Zumba * Teaches scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, * exercises, stretching, and cool down. * Instructs patrons on effective workout methods; explains proper techniques, demonstrates * exercises; identifies different muscle groups, and teaches appropriate methods to * strengthen specific muscles. * Prepares appropriate equipment and music for each class * Assist patrons, answers questions, and maintains a positive exercise experience for * members and class participants. * Keeps management informed of customer and facility needs. * Ensures that safety standards are met, and that department and facility policies are * adhered to.

Greet, enforce, and educate members and/or guests on policies and procedures of the fitness areas Ensure that there is no misuse or abuse of machines Monitor the members/guest of any potential medical emergencies; clean, polish, and/or dust machines. Provide orientations for the cardio and strength training equipment to members. Take a lead role in the promotion of personal training and/or other fitness services available through the Strength Centre. Develop and present fitness or health related workshops/presentations. First responder to any medical emergencies that occur.
