Bella Bassey

I am an EdTech innovator, STEM educator, and tech mentor committed to building Africa’s digital talent ecosystem—one learner, one educator, and one community at a time. For over a decade, I have worked at the intersection of education, technology, and human potential, designing and delivering programs that equip students and young women—especially in underserved communities—with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed for the future of work. As the CEO of BB Teams and Director of Beautiful Brains Help Foundation, I have: • Mentored over 5,000 students across public and private sectors • Trained 250+ young girls as DigiChampions in digital literacy • Contributed to initiatives that have reached 6,000+ girls across Nigeria • Designed simplified digital learning pathways for first-time learners and secondary school graduates My work extends beyond classrooms. I coach and train educators to drive mindset shifts that accelerate digital transformation in public schools, and I facilitate innovation and learning experiences that inspire young people to build solutions for Africa’s future. In 2026, my focus is on: • Thought leadership in EdTech, STEM education, and digital inclusion • Coaching and mentoring young students across Africa • Strategic partnerships with education-focused organizations and United Nations agencies • Hosting year-round coaching, mentoring, and capacity-building sessions I am a Fellow of the Innovation to Transform Education Training (ITET 2023) by UNESCO IEALSAC and Future Perspectives, and I actively collaborate with global and regional partners to advance inclusive, technology-enabled education.
