- Export Documentation Management: 1. Handle all export sales documentation, including contracts, shipping instructions, invoices, and payment documents. 2. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all export-related documents that must be prepared and collected. - Sales Administration: 1. Perform data entry and calculate final sales settlement. 2. Maintain organized sales documentation and filing system. - Partner Coordination: 1. Communicate with international partners (especially in Mandarin) to facilitate transactions. 2. Coordinate with the field team on product availability and export document preparation. 3. Coordinate with the surveyor team to ensure smooth sampling tests, surveyor report documents and analysis certificates. - Ship Agents Coordination: 1. Schedule transportation & ensure timely product delivery. 2. Verify completeness of export documents, including the Bill of Lading.

Working in Commercial and Contract Department. Job Desc : ●Translate documents, including BOQ and reports, between Indonesian/English and Chinese languages and vice versa. ●Track project progress, compile accurate and timely reports, and communicate with bureau/headquarter in China to ensure consistent updates and submission every month. ●Write and update monthly business project reports. ●Draft, summarize, and publish monthly assessments of commercial project work. ●Audit owner’s settlements submitted by projects through the Dingtalk platform. ●Participate in tenders by estimating costs and creating cash flows for tender projects. ●Proactively seek and communicate with subcontractors to obtain price quotations and assist in pricing work. ●Assist managers in arranging meetings, coordinating room reservations, scheduling, and documentation. ●Ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of both hardcopy and softcopy office files and documents through regular audits and updates.
