I have a passion for management and supporting employees through their working career whilst also supporting the business in achieving their vision. I also bring to EY my experience in stakeholder management & engagement, resourcing, change management, staff coaching and learning and development support. I believe the employee / employer relationship is an example of how successful your organisation will be & the correct leadership, structure and support network for your staff is the key to success. My career aim is to build relationships with stakeholders and people around the world, partnering with the business to assist in building high performing teams. In addition, I am also completing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) & teach Reformer Pilates at Dynamic Pilates in Sydney CBD, as I am also passionate about helping others to develop a strong mind and body. When not solely focused on helping others i enjoy catching up with friends over a hot cup of coffee (Almond milk cappuccino extra hot) and travelling the world.
