 Reporting to the Higher Department.  Analyzing Purchasing Requests based on budget .  Preparing all type of tender based on policies.  Preparing and following up purchase orders.  Preparing and editing various types of contracts (services, supply, maintenance).  Managing Contracts in terms of supplies, technical specifications and conditions.  Improving, reviewing and updating purchasing Policies and Procedures.  Developing and creating purchasing database on Excel.  Preparing periodic purchasing reports.  Ensure that marketing plans and procedures are implemented within the brand's policies.  Running and Follow the projects.  Preparing Proposals , Tender Documents.

* Ensure that marketing plans and procedures are implemented within the brand's policies. * Part of marketing strategy team and responsible for gathering the marketing information the products to identify the probable marketing revenues to meet company's objectives. * Responsible for researching and analyzing the markets, competition and various product which will enable the company to know the market scenario on a daily basis. * Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communication programs and strategies through half year Customer Satisfaction Survey. * Analyzing all available data and coordinate with other departments effectively for SWAT display booths. * Seek and provide information to help the company to determine its position in the marketplace in terms of customers /turnover. * Preparing and organizing media, marketing, campaigns ,exhibitions and conferences. * Improving, reviewing and updating marketing Policies and Procedures. * Implement, develop and follow up marketing designs and ideas for the company's services.

• Ensure that marketing plans and procedures are implemented within the brand's policies. • Part of marketing strategy team and responsible for gathering the marketing information for charity products locally and internationally to identify the probable marketing revenues to meet authority’s objectives. • Responsible for researching and analyzing the UAE Charity’s markets, competition and various product which will enable the Authority to know the market scenario on a daily basis. • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communication programs and strategies through half year Customer Satisfaction Survey. • Analyzing all available data and coordinate with other departments effectively for SWAT display booths. •Seek and provide information to help the Authority to determine its position in the marketplace in terms of customers/charity bonds/turnover. • Preparing and organizing media, marketing, relief campaigns ,exhibitions and conferences. • Improving, reviewing and updating marketing Policies and Procedures. • Recording and handling of customer complaint.

• Data entry of companies and establishments. • Auditing company’s data on the system. • Review memorandums of associations. • Assist and provide all information customers' needs. • Preparing and organizing Director Meetings. • Preparing and writing management letters and minutes of meetings. • Issuing companies register certificates.

• Receiving daily revenue and Issue customer’s invoices. • Follow-up stock of materials. • Editing purchase orders for distributors. • Receiving materials from distributors based on purchase orders. • Auditing suppliers invoices and issue the payments. • Supervision the annual inventory process.
