➤➤ Responsible for sourcing Direct Materials and meat for 3 production facilities in the region, 1500+ SKU, $250M Annual Spend, 250+ Suppliers in 20+ Countries. ➤➤ Oversaw meat (chicken and beef) and seafood for Americana Foods the entire direct material procurement process. Fulfilled the procurement of the meat, packaging, and food ingredients categories including all types of paper and plastic-based packing materials, and food ingredients such as soy protein, fats & oils, seasoning, and flavors.

➤➤ Orchestrated commodity procurement for International Market, supplying all factories in the region (3 Feed Mills in Turkey, 1 Feed Mill in Romania); 150+ suppliers from more than 6 countries (Russia, Ukraine, Romania, US, Argentina and Brazil).
