Medical Affairs professional with 10+ years of experience across scientific research, medical strategy, and healthcare professional engagement in ANZ. Currently at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, I support medical strategy execution, patient access initiatives, and engagement with healthcare professionals, translating complex scientific data into clear, evidence-based insights that inform clinical decision-making.I hold a PhD in Medicine from University of Sydney and have a strong background in translational research, including roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Children’s Cancer Institute and Conjoint Associate Lecturer at UNSW. I contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as Early Access Programs, reimbursement transitions, and launch readiness, supporting access for hundreds of patients.I’m driven by opportunities to bridge science and clinical practice, contribute to impactful medical strategies, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
