Job Responsibilities I. Overseas Talent Recruitment and Channel Management 1. Responsible for recruitment in countries such as South Korea and Russia, clarifying job requirements and hiring timelines; developing and maintaining local recruitment channels like JobKorea and klik, as well as domestic platforms such as Liepin and BOSS Zhipin, while also screening overseas recruitment suppliers. 2. Executing the entire recruitment process including resume screening and interview scheduling, supporting the formation of project teams in South Korea and Russia, and successfully facilitating employee onboarding and pre-offer issuance. 3. Registering and operating accounts on overseas platforms such as INS and FACEBOOK, initiating employer brand promotion to lay the foundation for overseas talent reserves. II. Overseas HR System and Compliance Construction 1. Sorting out and formulating travel standards for multiple countries including South Korea, Russia, and Egypt; designing welfare policies for South Korea and Russia, and Leave Policy documents for 6 countries to improve the overseas HR system. 2. Conducting in-depth research on employment compliance policies in Russia, South Korea, Brazil and other countries, producing policy interpretation documents, and reviewing labor contracts in accordance with local regulations to ensure compliance in overseas employment. 3. Outputting 6 HR operation SOP documents covering overseas employee recruitment and onboarding, and participating in the formulation of the overseas HRBP work manual to standardize overseas HR management processes. III. Overseas Employee Relations and Operational Support 1. Responsible for salary payment for Italian employees, assisting Russian employees in visa application for onboarding and computer configuration to ensure smooth onboarding. 2. Producing corporate culture promotion manuals and overseas quarterly magazines, designing theme posters for business achievements and New Year, and carrying out overseas cultural construction. 3. Collecting and sorting out holiday information of Brazil, South Korea and other countries, assisting in translating overseas employees' personnel processes and related documents into English, and supporting daily overseas HR operations.
