• Accountable for all aspects of the Pneumatic Waste Collection System (PWCS); from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover • Direct the overall planning of construction activities, monitor the progress of the project against the baseline at different stages and implement corrective action where necessary • Determine budget estimates, allocate resources required to execute the scope of works and achieve budget targets • Developed and maintained Power BI reports integrating schedule, cost, and progress data to improve visibility for stakeholders and senior management • Lead the team, including managing subordinates and sub-contractors as well as depute tasks according to the client approved work programme • Evaluate bids from different subcontractors, issue clarifications, compare bids and subsequently award subcontracts for the works • Oversee the design coordination and obtain approval of the technical submittals required for procurement of project materials • Co-ordinate with developers and contractors to allow smooth interface with other services • Utilized Power BI analytics to monitor project performance, identify risks, and support timely corrective actions on construction projects • Liaise with consultants for building permits and obtain civil defense approvals from local authorities • Ensure that all installations are completed as per the approved safety and quality standards • Effective use of ERP software and primavera to ensure that the project is completed within the approved schedule and budget

● Understand the scope of the project, identify critical milestones & priorities and develop a suitable master schedule for PWCS, Civil & MEP elements of the Collection Station Building. ● Project planning including budgeting, scheduling & resource allocation using Primavera. ● Co-ordinate with different subcontractors on the project to assign weekly tasks for maximizing productivity, and ensure intermediate milestones of the project are met. ● Monitoring progress of the project against the baseline at different stages of its development and recommend corrective action wherever necessary. ● Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claim during time impact analysis with detailed substantiation -'claim digging'. ● Successfully granted extension of time, additional costs and avoided penalties/liquidated damages. ● Project cost control including maintaining of positive cash flows and payment applications. ● Skillfully negotiate with clients and subcontractors for variations and claims. ● Prepare weekly/monthly reports including look-ahead programmes, histograms, S-curve etc. and present the progress of works to the different stakeholders of the project.

2 X 600 MW Thermal Power Plant While pursuing a post-graduate programme in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, I interned with one of India's largest EPC Contractors wherein I learnt the following: ● Technical details of a thermal power plant. ● Construction of intake structure & civil structures along cross country water pipelines. ● Project planning including budgeting, scheduling & resource requirement using MSP. ● Cost control including fund allocation and resource allocation.

• Expert in reinforcement detailing & preparation of bar bending schedule of various RCC elements such as slabs, beams, columns, foundation and staircases for Waterman UK as per British Standards (BS-8666) for-  Developments Handled: - Paradise Street Development Area, Liverpool. - 20-Gresham Street Development, London. - West Yorkshire Playhouse, London • Part of the design team of the prestigious King Abdullah International Gardens (KAIG) project, Riyadh for Buro Happold UK  Carry out the design of RCC elements of the garden.  Reinforcement detailing of structural members.
