Carrying out an internal cabling project as part of the hotel complex, as well as launching a Microsoft-based internal network with the required roles and policies. Of course I had full support for user systems, as well as troubleshooting. I always had to assess and also need to be able to provide the requested services at the highest possible level while maintaining security as well as confidentiality of information.

My responsibility in this project was to set up and support the "MYFAX" device. This device as a fax machine under the network was able to send and receive multiple faxes simultaneously. Among the very interesting features that were implemented in this project are: • Having a separate personal inbox for each user • Sync with Active Directory • Send and receive faxes via email • Synchronize incoming faxes with the file server as well as send faxes through it

I participated in AIESEC India's Global Citizen Program. The program was focused on creating impact in Surat, India; Working with NGOs, schools or charities on issue like cultural education, community development or corporate social responsibility. AIESEC India ran the Global Citizen Program to create a positive impact on society while connecting international students to the local realities.
