- Worked on company-wide resource allocation by analyzing personnel data and project needs in coordination with project managers and top management. - Creating Utilization Report to analyze the utilization rates for all of the resources, analyze people on bench to optimize resource allocation process. -Contributed to a machine learning consulting project for Touchplan, a construction planning application, predicting delay durations and probabilities for support tickets. - Took roles at data acquisition, cleaning, and preprocessing using Snowflake; engineered 20+ features from Location and Variance Reason related features. - Applied embedding and fuzzy matching process categorical variables and map semantic similarities. - Built and evaluated classification and regression models with feature importance analysis, hyperparameter tuning and continuously trying to increase the performance of the models - Deployed solutions aligned with client needs, communicating with client in a day-to-day basis with the project team.
