* Close cooperation with consultants to identify specification for e-TB Manager laboratory module * The assistance of consultants to ensure the integration of laboratory module of e-TB Manager with the existing laboratory system * Providing of e-TB Manager hosting server maintenance * Providing regular backup of the database * Supervising and conducting trainings for the all regional data entry staff of Uzbekistan TB facilities * Cooperation in the improvement of e-TB Manager in the National TB Program framework * Having participated in development of the electronic surveillance system e-TB Manager in Uzbekistan * Decentralization of the electronic surveillance system e-TB Manager to the district level

* Assisting in preparing quarterly and annual national program monitoring reports * Assisting in development specific M&E plans in accordance to the Global Fund guidelines * Participating in presenting and sharing new reports at the national and regional levels * Overall responsibility for data management and evaluation (collection, entry, update, analysis and reporting) on GFATM grant activities * Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual work plans * Coordinate supervisory visits to the NTP at regional and district levels to monitor and address data collection issues * Data exchange with Republican HIV centre regarding to HIV co-infected TB cases * Close cooperation with Project HOPE in AIDS/TB events * Perform other duties as requested by Project Manager and M&E coordinator

* Database management in Uzbekistan Nationwide DRS * Regular input of data into the database obtained from various regions of Uzbekistan in the framework of the study * Confirming giving data by cross matching clinical and lab parts * Joint training with laboratory specialists for TB doctors and lab technicians in the regions of Uzbekistan * Organizing of workshops for local specialists to discuss the primary results of study * Carrying out monitoring visits to verify and support the project realization * Maintenance of proper documentation in the project framework * Collaborative debate on details of implementation with specialists of partner organizations

* Organizing and supervising the clinical management of patients in close collaboration with expat MDs and national TB doctors as per MSF/MoH protocols * Having overall and specific responsibilities for the quality of TB treatment provided in all project sites * Close support for MoH staff in managing TB/HIV patients treatment * Monitoring the distribution and using of TB and side effect drugs * Collaborating with training department on assessing and identifying training needs for MoH doctors * Assisting in providing of continued education/training/lectures for clinical management of TB patients to the MoH TB doctors regularly * Improving patient's adherence with the full course of treatment through counseling them and their families * Supporting Expat MD to prepare monthly reports by providing field data and cross-checking with EPI dept. * Making recommendations with the expat MD to MTL and the Medical Coordinator (MedCo) in the update of protocols, studies, monitoring of the project * Other medical duties that are assigned by the supervisor/ the MTL/ the MedCo
