As a Process Research & Development Expert, my job is very broad, including Developement of DFM (design for manufacture), Advanced Process Analysis(FinFET Process)，Foundry interface (design end), Process platform evaluation, Low yield issue analysis, Spice simulation, TCAD, DTCO, backend design, and analog design, etc. In these jobs, I am a team leader. In addition to that, I also need to make department development plans, recruit and develop new employees.

Mainly cover the research and development of the high-voltage process platform(110nm). Focus on Process development, Device tune. But also deep involves project feasibility assessment, product competitiveness evaluation, specification development, testkey development, reliability improvement and design rule formulation. I am a team leader, I am responsible for making experiment split table and distribution of work。

In this job, I am mainly responsible for the management, optimization and improvement of the flash (SST) memory process platform （115nm)， also be responsible for yield improvement.

In this job, I am mainly responsible for the inline control, WAT analysis, CP analysis, process optimization of the flash memory process platform(180nm).
