As a Farm Shop Supplier Liaison & Team Manager at Waitrose & Partners, I have 5+ years of experience in purchasing and on-boarding new suppliers for the Farm Shop & Cafe, as well as developing seasonal assortments and propositions across food and general merchandise. I hold a L3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership and also L3 Food Safety & Hygiene which I obtained with distinction. I am passionate about food and committed to championing British products and suppliers, as part of one of the key business pillars of Waitrose & Partners. I work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and standards of our products, as well as to organise supplier tastings and local events to showcase our range and support our community. I enjoy travelling, cooking, and keeping active, and I have completed a charity skydive and two Tough Mudder obstacle runs and more recently a half-marathon.
