1. Customer (GE Vernova) order management. Ensure the OTD fulfillment and obtain customer forecast, drive customer loading and shipment to meet planned revenue. 2.Customer-Relationship Management. Maintains close working relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Coordination of QBR data/information. 3.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and deliverables. Lead and manage project lifecycle from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. 4.Manaing performance to meet customers' expectations. Implement best practices and processes to enhance project efficiency and success. 5.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status and updates to customers & stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. 6.Talent development & management. Ensuring team members receive the coaching required to realize their full potential.

Mainly responsible for the development and maintenance of haircare products for our key HOT client.

对外： 1、Follow高露洁总部的包装项目要求，制定项目计划和投资，跟踪项目进度，分析并提供包装报价数据； 2、研究相关FTG方案，核算saving并推进实施； 3、每周三与美国总部电话会议，汇报项目进度，反馈项目问题，定期样品寄送； 4、检查与管理高露洁项目的包装AW，准备相关样品完成ISTA测试，完成样品审批； 5、协助完成紧急项目的On-Site Approval, 量产项目紧急事情的处理； 6、相关工厂的参观学习，了解和帮助客户分析现在电刷行业的包装趋势。 对内： 1、提供项目包装相关的process，BOM和RFQ； 2、提出改善提案，优化内部相关流程； 3、各个包装部件的打样安排，样品查验与下发，内部包装规格制作和下发； 4、ECR,ECN流程申请，系统BOM和报关BOM的完成，SAP相关料号申请和数据维护； 5、协助开发新的供应商以及参与相关供应商审核。
