Led the design and implementation of Fungi’s project management infrastructure, establishing scalable systems to support creative and production workflows. Built and customized ClickUp as the central operating system for the team, creating project templates, workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency. As a project manager at Urban Emu I led digital marketing, creative and development teams though a vast variety of projects from beginning to end. I have experience in start up health apps, data driven websites and portals, marketing and communications, UI/UX, and creative photography and video projects in both government and private sector.

At Kreber, I led complex web development projects including fully custom websites and integrated portals for furniture manufacturers, partnering closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver tailored digital solutions.

At Linkpoint Media, I managed end to end website design and development projects while also serving as the primary Account Manager for a portfolio of small business clients in Kankakee County. I owned client communication, translated business goals into web solutions, and coordinated designers and developers to deliver high quality, on time launche
